We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This gives you plenty of time to try on your items and make sure they're perfect for you.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items must be in their original packaging. This ensures we can resell returned items or offer them as exchanges.
To start a return, contact us at support@designgenie.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid label (if applicable).
Most returns are approved automatically. We may request photos for damaged or defective items to help us improve our quality control and speed up your refund or replacement.
Want a different size or style? Exchanges are completely free! We provide a prepaid return label and ship your exchange item at no cost to you. This applies to all exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item. You'll receive tracking information once your exchange ships. Total exchange time is typically 7-10 business days.
Need to exchange more than once? No problem! While we hope to get your size right on the first exchange, we understand fit can be tricky. Additional exchanges are handled the same way.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is initiated.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, the refund goes back to that card. If you used PayPal, the refund goes to your PayPal account.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after we process the refund. This timeframe depends on your bank or card issuer's processing schedule.

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns) or provide instructions for purchasing discounted return shipping.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible. Include all tags, accessories, and documentation. Make sure items are clean and unworn.
Attach the return label and drop off your package at any USPS or FedEx location. Keep your receipt as proof of return shipment.
Track your return using the provided tracking number. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 2-3 business days.
Items must be in new, unworn condition. They should be clean, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear, odors, or stains.
All original tags must be attached to the item. Tags include both the brand tag and any size/care instruction tags. Items without tags cannot be accepted.
Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible. At minimum, items should be packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. We calculate this from the delivery date shown in your tracking information.
Custom AI-designed items can only be returned if there's a manufacturing defect, printing error, or quality issue. Returns due to design preference changes are not accepted unless we made an error.
We take pride in our AI-designed custom products and stand behind their quality. If your custom item has any printing defect, color mismatch, or quality issue, we'll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Include photos of the entire item and close-ups of the defect. This helps us process your claim quickly.
For defective custom items, you can choose: (1) Free replacement with corrected printing, (2) Full refund including shipping costs, or (3) Store credit for 110% of your order value.
For defective custom items, you typically don't need to return the item. Once we verify the defect, we'll send a replacement or process your refund immediately.
If we made an error in printing your design (wrong text, wrong colors, etc.), we'll reprint it correctly at no charge. If the error was in your submitted design, returns are not accepted.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or show any signs of use. This policy protects all our customers.
Items without original tags cannot be returned. The tags serve as proof that the item hasn't been worn and is in resalable condition.
Items damaged by the customer (stains, tears, alterations, etc.) are not eligible for return. However, items damaged in shipping or manufacturing defects are always accepted.
Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted. Please inspect your items promptly upon delivery to ensure you have time to return if needed.

If we made an error or the item is defective, we provide a completely free prepaid return label. You'll never pay for shipping when returning a defective item.
All exchanges come with free return shipping, regardless of reason. We want to make sure you get the right size, so we cover both the return and new shipment costs.
International return shipping costs vary by location. Contact us for the most economical return method. For defective items, we'll still cover the return shipping cost.

Please include photos of: (1) the damaged item, (2) the packaging it arrived in, and (3) the shipping label. This helps us file claims with carriers and improve our packaging.
We'll send a replacement right away or provide a full refund - your choice. In most cases, we'll ship the replacement before receiving your return so you're not left waiting.
For significantly damaged items, we usually don't require a return. Once we verify the damage with photos, we'll send a replacement or refund immediately. You can dispose of the damaged item.
If the damage occurred during shipping, we'll file a claim with the carrier. This doesn't affect your replacement or refund - we handle everything with the carrier on our end.
Use the tracking number provided with your return label to track your return shipment. You can monitor its progress back to our facility in real-time.
