By accessing or using Design Genie's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our platform, purchases of digital design files and physical products, and the legal relationship between you and Design Genie.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

By creating an account, making a purchase (digital or physical), or using any part of our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are between 13-17 years old, you may only use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Design Genie. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our website and services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices include applicable sales tax where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods processed through Stripe. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase before your order is processed.
Purchases of digital design files are final upon download. You will receive an email with a secure download link immediately after payment confirmation. Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, except in cases of technical defects that prevent file access.
Payment information is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your complete credit card details on our servers.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order - it's merely acknowledgment that we've received it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. You will be notified via email and given the opportunity to complete payment with a different method.
All physical products are subject to availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, products may sell out. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we'll notify you and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
Digital design files are available for immediate download after purchase. Unlike physical products, digital files do not go out of stock. However, we reserve the right to discontinue specific digital products at our discretion.
We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we'll notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
We strive for accurate product descriptions and images. However, colors may appear slightly different on various screens. Product specifications are approximate and may vary slightly.
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order. We may also refuse service to any customer for any lawful reason.
Digital design purchases are delivered via email immediately after payment confirmation. Download links are valid for 30 days and may be accessed up to 5 times. If you experience issues downloading, contact support within 7 days of purchase. Re-download requests can be fulfilled during the 7-year retention period.
Physical product orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom-designed items may require additional processing time. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days ($4.99). Express Shipping: 2-3 business days ($8.99). Free Shipping: Orders over $50 within the USA (7-10 business days). International shipping available at additional cost.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information for physical products. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. Once shipped, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs (for international orders), or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Digital design files cannot be returned once downloaded due to the nature of digital goods. Refunds for digital products are only provided if: (a) the file is corrupted or defective and cannot be re-delivered, (b) you were charged incorrectly, or (c) the download link failed and we cannot provide an alternative within 48 hours. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for digital product issues.
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused physical products within 30 days of delivery. Items must have all original tags attached and be in original condition. Custom-designed items can only be returned if there's a printing defect or manufacturing error.
Contact support@designgenie.com with your order number to initiate a return. We'll provide a prepaid return label for defective items. For standard returns, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account. Digital product refunds (when approved) are processed immediately.
Exchanges for different sizes or styles of physical products are always free! We'll provide a prepaid return label and ship your exchange as soon as we receive the original item. Exchanges typically ship within 2-3 business days.
Physical items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned. Items returned after 30 days cannot be accepted. Final sale items (if marked as such) are not eligible for return. Downloaded digital files cannot be returned.
You retain full ownership of any original content you upload or create using our platform. We do not claim ownership of your designs, text, or other creative content.
By creating designs through our platform, you grant Design Genie a non-exclusive, worldwide license to reproduce your design on physical products you order. For digital-only purchases, this license is limited to generating and delivering the digital file. We do not use your designs for any other purpose without your explicit permission.
All digital design files purchased include full commercial rights. You may use, modify, print, and resell designs purchased as digital downloads without restriction. You retain ownership of custom designs you create. AI-generated designs purchased through our platform may be used commercially without limitation.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights. You must have permission to use any content you upload.
Designs created using our AI tools are generated based on your input. You have the right to use these designs on products ordered through our platform and as digital downloads with full commercial rights. We make no guarantees regarding the uniqueness of AI-generated designs.
You may not create designs containing illegal content, hate speech, explicit material, copyrighted works (without permission), trademarks, or content that violates any laws or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to refuse to print, deliver, or ship any design that violates these terms, contains inappropriate content, or infringes on intellectual property rights. In such cases, you'll receive a full refund.
To make purchases and use certain features, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep this information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
Your account maintains a record of digital purchases and download history. This information is available for the data retention period and can be used to request re-download links for purchased files.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You may not share your account with others or allow others to use your account credentials.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services or servers.
You may not use our platform to: violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful code or viruses, engage in fraudulent activities, harass or harm others, or impersonate any person or entity.
You may not create or order designs containing: copyrighted material without authorization, registered trademarks, hate speech or discriminatory content, explicit or obscene material, threats or violent content, or personally identifiable information of others.
You may not: share download links with unauthorized parties, attempt to circumvent download limitations, redistribute purchased files without commercial license rights, or use automated tools to mass-download content.
Digital files purchased with commercial license may be used for resale. Physical products purchased from Design Genie may not be resold for commercial purposes without our written consent, unless custom-designed with your own artwork.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, terminate accounts, revoke download access, or take legal action against users who violate these terms. Violations may result in permanent suspension without refund.

All sections apply to both digital and physical product purchases unless specifically noted.
Design Genie operates in full compliance with U.S. commercial laws and consumer protection standards, ensuring a fair, transparent, and trustworthy shopping experience for both digital and physical products.
