A soft measuring tape works best. If you don't have one, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler afterward.
Place the tape about 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and wrap it around your head, passing just above your ears at the widest part.
The tape should be tight enough to measure accurately but not so tight that it's uncomfortable. This is how your cap should fit.
Note the measurement in inches and compare it to our sizing chart above. If you're between sizes, we recommend the adjustable 'One Size' option.
If you're between sizes and prefer a looser, more comfortable fit, we recommend sizing up. This is especially popular for hoodies and sweatshirts.
If you prefer a more tailored, fitted appearance, size down. This works well for t-shirts if you want a modern slim fit.
Our apparel has a unisex fit. Women often prefer sizing down for a more fitted look, while men typically choose true to size or size up for comfort.
Machine wash cold with like colors. Turn garments inside out before washing to protect prints and designs. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach.
Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results. High heat can cause shrinkage and fade prints. Remove promptly to minimize wrinkles.
If needed, iron inside out on low heat. Do not iron directly on printed designs. Steam ironing works best for removing wrinkles.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Fold hoodies and sweatshirts to maintain shape. Caps should be stored on a flat surface or cap rack.
All our t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts are made from pre-shrunk fabric to minimize shrinkage. However, some minimal shrinkage (2-3%) may occur after the first wash.
Expect slight shrinkage during the first wash cycle, primarily in length. Following our care instructions will minimize this effect.
Consistent use of cold water and low heat drying will help maintain the original size and shape of your garments over time.
Modern unisex fit - not too slim, not too baggy. Fits true to size for most people. Sleeve length hits mid-bicep for a classic look.
Comfortable relaxed fit with room for layering. Longer sleeves designed to reach the wrist. Hood is generously sized for full coverage.
Similar to hoodie fit but without the hood. Slightly more structured than hoodies. Perfect for layering or wearing on its own.
Our adjustable 'One Size' option fits most head sizes (21.5-24 inches). Fitted caps provide a more secure, tailored fit without adjustment mechanism.
Ordered the wrong size? No problem! We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us at support@designgenie.com with your order number.
We'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your item, we'll ship your new size within 2-3 business days. Most exchanges are completed within 7-10 days total.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. The item must be in its original condition to qualify for exchange.
