We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard and express shipping options are available nationwide. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $50 at checkout.
We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Delivery times typically range from 10-21 business days depending on your location. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. For APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, standard shipping rates apply. Please note that express shipping is not available for PO Box or military addresses.
Some remote areas or territories may have limited shipping availability. If we cannot ship to your location, you'll be notified during checkout before completing your order.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom-designed items may require additional processing time. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time through the carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update in the system.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended by 1-2 business days.

Orders totaling $50 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping within the USA. The discount is applied at checkout. Free shipping typically takes 7-10 business days.
International shipping costs vary by destination and package weight. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout. International orders do not qualify for free shipping promotions.
All orders are automatically insured at no extra cost. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. Once shipped, title and risk of loss pass to you.
For high-value orders (over $200), a signature may be required upon delivery. If you're not available, the carrier will leave a notice with pickup instructions.
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@designgenie.com.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@designgenie.com. We can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are collected by customs upon delivery.
All international shipments include proper customs documentation. We declare the actual value of items as required by law. We cannot mark items as 'gifts' or undervalue shipments.
International delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs processing, local carrier performance, and your location. Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
International tracking may be limited once packages enter the destination country. If tracking shows no updates for several days, this is normal during customs processing.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, first check with neighbors or building management. If still not found, contact us within 7 days at support@designgenie.com and we'll file a claim with the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, don't discard the packaging. Take photos of the damage and contact us at support@designgenie.com within 48 hours. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@designgenie.com. We'll track the shipment and work with the carrier to resolve the delay.
If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, you'll be responsible for the original shipping costs. We can reship for an additional shipping fee.
During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other peak seasons, processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days. We'll notify you via email if your order will take longer than usual.
